3.3.Feitian Cloud Company is in accordance with this agreement,FileTopThe Privacy Policy and other applicable rules allow you toFileTopNon-transferable, non-exclusive use of the software and its related elements. You may make a copy of this software for backup purposes only. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software. All other rights not expressly authorized in this article and other terms of this agreement are still reserved by Feitianyun Company. You must obtain additional written permission from Feitianyun Company when exercising these rights. If Feitianyun Company fails to exercise any of the foregoing rights, it will not constitute a waiver of such rights.

4.6.When you use the services provided by Feitian Cloud Company, in order to make more reasonable use of storage capacity resources, you agree to use our services in accordance with the relevant usage rules such as the service period, file restrictions, and size restrictions announced by Feitian Cloud Company on storage and other services. our services. 5. Service Usage Specifications

(f)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(g)Obscene, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or instigating crimes;

6. Service Fees

Paid services may differ from free services in terms of storage space, number of stored files, transfer methods, additional functions, etc. Feitian Cloud Company may announce the charging standards and methods for charged services based on its business policies and display them on the corresponding service pages. If you need to obtain and use relevant fee-based services, please read carefully and fully understand the charging standards, methods and other information about fee-based services at that time. Users can also go to the designated page to cancel relevant charged services. Once the cancellation is successful, you will only be able to use the free services provided by Feitian Cloud Company. Feitian Cloud Company reminds you that after canceling the charged service, you must handle the content exceeding the storage capacity yourself in accordance with relevant rules. Otherwise, you will bear the losses caused.
6.3.You understand and agree thatFileTopThe free space capacity, charging standards and methods of the account may be modified and changed based on business development, market environment, etc. In order to fully protect your legitimate rights and interests, the above modifications and changes notices will be given no less than [1Month] will be publicized.

7.2.Once you violate this agreement or other agreements signed with Feitianyun Company, Feitianyun Company has the right to notify Feitianyun Company affiliates in any way and require them to take restrictive measures on your rights and interests, including but not limited to requiring Feitianyun Company affiliates to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all services to you, and publicize your breach of contract on any website it operates or actually controls.
8. Personal Information and Privacy Protection

9.4.All Feitian Cloud products, services, technologies and all applications or their components/function/The intellectual property rights of the name belong to Feitianyun Company or to its rights holders.
10. Prevention of infringement

XIV. Notice

15. Dispute Resolution and Others

If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where the defendant is located.
15.2.If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the said provision may be severed and the remaining parts will remain in legal force.
15.3.If Feitianyun waives the rights stipulated in this agreement when a user is negligent or breach of contract, it shall not be regarded as a waiver of the user's other or future similar negligence or breach of contract.
15.4.This Agreement shall supersede all previous oral and written agreements, arrangements, understandings and communications between the parties regarding any matter herein.
15.5.You understand and agree that Feitianyun Company has the right to decide its own business strategy and transfer all rights and obligations under this agreement to its affiliated companies based on business adjustments, and the transfer will be notified in the manner specified in this agreement.
